Gary Rue's "Exercises of the Day"

In August 1998, list stalwart Gary Rue began posting an occasional series of "Exercises of the Day". To date, these have covered over 20 different topics, all of which are likely to interest most coaches. Gary's postings have been excerpted from the list archives and reproduced with their original formatting intact, because many of them contain ASCII artwork which would not translate well otherwise.
