CS, on "The Little Mermaid - You."

The film I chose is "The Little Mermaid", and the song is "You" by The Pretty
Reckless. The idea I was trying to portray with this video is that Disney
adapted the rather violent tale of the Little Mermaid into a suitable story for
today's children. The original tale offered a message of warning for women not
to step out of line or do what they were not "supposed" to do, and it was
rather difficult to portray the same sort of message with only footage from
Disney's version (as it is no where near as violent or sad). The original tale
is definitely not suitable for today's children.
