Teaching Interests
Most of my teaching is in the area of the Hebrew Bible or Old Testament.
Many courses, however, go beyond the study of the Hebrew text and touch upon a number of cultural matters.
As my research interests show, the seminal role that the Bible has played in Western culture, both in
political and ethical realms, forms the impetus behind a number of the courses that I have developed.
