About the presentations:

 

·         You will notice that we have allowed about 30 minutes for each paper. We recommend presenters to try to use only 20 minutes for the actual talk, leaving 5 to 10 minutes for questions and discussion

 

·         Presenters should bring their presentation in a flash-drive and load them onto the classroom computer before the session starts

 

·         The last person presenting in each session will act as a chair, introducing the speakers, moderating the discussions, and ensuring that enough time is left for their own presentation.  (The  first presenter should be in charge of the last paper in the session)

·         Every presenter should email a copy of their paper or draft to all the members of their session (you can e-mail us if you have trouble locating the e-mail address of any of the participants in your session)

 

·         Although we will not have discussants as such, each presenter should read carefully the paper scheduled before their own presentation in order to motivate the ensuing discussion and to provide comments as appropriate
