1-76 SU-152 Interchangeable Casemate for Fujimi KV-1 & KV-2

Made in the early 90s, my only references was a single side plan view of an ISU-152, not an SU-152.  I also had a very few top pictures of this vehicle in my books.  My knowledge of Soviet SPGs at the time was a bit limited, so what I ended up doing was having ISU-152 casemates, really, rather than the more squat SU-152 superstructure.  Oh well, these do the job for wargame purposes.

The casemates were made entirely of plastic card and dowel and had to be custom fitted to specific models.  Some of these date back to the 70s and there are variations in how I built them.

As part of the customization, holes had to be cut in the glacis plate to accomadate the model tank's hull MG.
